Meaningful Conversations Series

"Divine Art of Wholehearted Living "

To support and inspire the creation of an authentic, graceful and meaningful life by limiting the impact of lifelong negative habits and behaviours.

There is no one template that living the heart life looks like. It will be unique to each individual depending on where their heart leads them. But what is common to all of us desiring our freedom is the intention to grow and become more and shed layers of dis-empowering beliefs and feelings and take the action we are guided to take that will bring about this transformation.

Indeed it is process of a lifetime with many mountains to climb victories to celebrate along the way.

The wholehearted journey is a path of consciousness and choice, and to be honest. We have to be willing to tell our stories , feel the pain of others, and stay genuinely connected in this disconnected world and this is not something that we can do half-heartedly.

It requires us to practice courage, compassion and connection, gratitude and to embrace life and the people around us and say, “ I’m all in”. And that requires courage and resilience.

"Reflections on the life of the spirit"
13 sessions

The purpose of this programme is to emphasize and renew our spiritual realities, discovering our roles in fostering society’s progress,

This programme goes beyond mere learning, but is to help develop the skills of the participants as a way to enrich their own spiritual life as well as allowing to explore service opportunities to their community. The programme is both interactive, creative and fun and not in any way in lecture format. Participants share their understanding and their spiritual journey in a neutral atmosphere of mutual trust and respect. The material used in exploring the topics below is based on the writings of the Baha’i Fatih, and is suitable for everyone:

● What is the significance and effects of our actions?
● What is the significance and effect of prayer?
●What is the purpose of our life?
●What is the nature of the soul?
●How does the soul progress?
●What is physical death ?

The wrong in the world continues to exist just because people talk only of their ideals, and do not strive to put them into practice. If actions took the place of words, the world’s misery would very soon be changed into comfort”
